Google's Confirmed Anti Spam Update
Google’s another update rolled out on the 23rd of June 2021, named Anti-Spam Update or Spam Update.
This update will fight against phishing scams to improve the search results for its users.
This is the 1st update and will be done rolling out today itself, June 23, 2021. The 2nd part of the spam update will follow next week.
Google added few links to existing documents where it talks about its spam prevention and web admin guidelines, here are those tweets:

These are 1 day updates which means they do not roll out for days as other core updates do.
No exact details about is update is provided.
So, we can assume that these types of updates are rolled out to maintain the integrity of the search results.
If you are following the Google’s webmaster guidelines and rules then you have anything to worry about with respect to these spam updates as your website is conforming to the Google laws.
But there is an exception!
If your website is not completely secured it could be considered as spam to the users.
So, safety of your website is highly important to protect your site from spam attacks and spam updates.
Google has already mentioned of what it considers spam, and it only includes low quality sites that trick users into providing personal data or installing malware.
