Google has confirmed the September 2022 core algorithm update is done rolling out.
The September 2022 core algorithm update started rolling out two weeks ago, on September 12 and took 15 days to completely roll out.
This update just came out after the completion of the Google helpful content update that finished on Friday, September 9th.
Reminder: This is the second broad core algorithm update of the year 2022, and the first was the broad core update of May 2022.

Google announced the rollout completion through its search ranking updates page.
As per my observations, the tracking tools like SEMrush, MozCast and SERPmetrics, don’t show much volatility making it less impactful than other core updates.
What To Do Next If Impacted By The Core Update?
First of all, it’s time to examine your website’s rankings and traffic patterns in order to evaluate the impact of the update.
Go to your Google Search Console and Analytics and start your traffic and keyword positions.
If there are any sustained and major changes, it could be because of the core update.
Now what should be your appropriate action to recover from a core update?
If your site is one of them, look at what Google has to say about its core updates and start fixing your site accordingly.

- Ensure you are following Google general guidelines on broad core update for creating content
- Provide quality content to your users with after doing proper research and analysis.
- Remove duplicate or plagiarised content from your site.
- Don’t optimize your content for search engines, but do optimize for people.
- Your content must be original.
- Learn more about EAT and implement it on your site.
- Do your site audit and try to fix site errors also.
- Do backlink audit and disavow toxic backlinks pointing to your domain.
